Provided and analyzed monthly financial reports and formulated annual budgets and long-term, multi-year strategic plans to ensure profitable and cost-effective operations. • Created financial reporting packages and commentary for Executive team, including the Board of Directors, highlighting key issues, variances, trends and performance metrics. • Evaluated potential mergers and acquisitions, as well as divestitures, developed proforma models and assessed ROI. • Partnered with executive management on staffing and organizational structure increasing efficiencies • Played an integral role in the sale to Hearst Media by developing the black book and management presentations, preparing due diligence materials for prospective buyers, participating in financial audits and identifying synergies between the companies during post sale integration.
