Daily Duties at Ets:
Successfully directed the operations of the Customer Contact Center. Provided leadership and management support for Call Center Managers and up to 600 Customer Service Representatives and Support Staff. Implemented and reviewed policies and operating structure; set standards and guidelines for interaction with customers; and monitored calls and email performance to ensure that customer expectations were met.
