Recruited, trained and oversaw a staff of 40+ cooks &10+ banquet chefs and 20+ janitorial cleaning crew in a fast-paced restaurant. Reduced labor costs by 3% with strategic scheduling. Conducted regular staff performance reviews. Created the work schedule for the restaurant staff. Cooked for multiple banquet parties of up to 700 guests at a time.
