Daily Duties at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems:
• Six Sigma specialists qualified including two Pro/engineer process related projects. • Pro/Engineer Wildfire 3.0, Pro/Sheet metal, Pro/Cable, Intralink 3.4. • Use of LAM and top down design techniques in development of complex radar antenna system layouts. • Form, fit and functional design and documentation of motion control assembly for JLENS antenna. Design considerations consisted of azimuth and elevation steering dynamics during flight. • E/M packaging of RF components in machined housings and covers. Design decisions were based on MIL-STD -810 and MIL-STD-461 requirements. Worked closely with power, signal and RF electrical engineers. • Design lead; included form, fit and function E/M packaging design of Zumwalt DDG 1000 qty 5 Communication’s equipment cabinet assemblies. Pro/Cable used for routing cables throughout cabinets. • Provided system level weights, CG, and inertia analysis using Pro/engineer's analysis tools. • Applied DFA, DFM, ANSI Y14.5 and DOD standards and practices to all design and documentation.
