Daily Duties at Regeis Care Center (Formally Rofay Nursing Home):
• Supervise all aspects of Nursing Facility • Direct supervision of Social Services, Admissions, Psychological services, Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement • Department Of Health investigations and surveys, JCAHO surveys and implemented and monitor all manage care contracts • 240 from 120 bed facility. Developed transition plan for new Nursing Facility for 120 residents and 200 staff members • Supervised Social Service staff and all aspects of Social Services and Admissions department • Serve as member of management team for problem resolution and facility development related to: Strategic planning and regulatory issues • Supervise the provision of Psychological services to residents, Coordinator of Quality Assurance, JCAHO, Performance Improvement
