Daily Duties at Premier Home Health Care :
• Responsible for all operations for 14 branches for Ct, MA and NY • Guide, develop and monitor annual Operational Plans for each branch, monitor implementation of contact strategies and adapt plans as necessary • Develop QI and PI as goals reflected by the local region and corporate agenda • Responsible to seek joint venture, acquisition and/or contractual relationships, negotiate local service contracts, reimbursement rates • Ensure appropriate in-house staffing levels, hire train, and supervise 13 office administrators and 60 in-house staff • Responsible for supervision of Executive Director and Operation of Certified Home Health Agency in CT • Worked with patients and families with conflict resolutions, understanding resources, MLTC’s and applying for state aide
