Daily Duties at A & J Home Care (Interim Position) :
• Responsible for developing and implementing yearly operational plan • Hiring, training and oversight of Home health aides, Nursing and support staff • Development and oversight of contractual relationships with hospitals, Manage Long Term Care Programs, Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living facilities and community leaders • Responsible for business development and growth of agency • Member of leadership team and report directly to CEO and President of company • Development and manage yearly P & L • Worked with families and patients to understand diagnosis and applying for resources
