Daily Duties at Rain.Inc:
• Responsible for overall operations of 45-Million-dollar annual budget • Ensure growth aligns with operational plan • Responsible for all hiring, employee issues, development of Policy and procedures for Human Resources, Fiscal and Operations • Report directly to CEO/President RAIN, Inc., and Board of Directors reporting. • Responsible for all contract negotiations, union 1199, Manage Care, Human Resource Administration, etc.
