Daily Duties at Charter Communications:

Directed operations of multiple call centers across five US states. Scopes included sales, retention, multi-level technical support and billing. Responsible for training and development of agents and leadership. Acted as advisor to ensure legal compliance and resolution of customer and employee related concerns. Responsible for initiating, coordinating and managing action plans for human talent acquisition and operations initiatives. Utilized Six Sigma, DMAIC and other process improvement methods to ensure all actions taken were specific and measurable. Participated in company operations and other cross functional work groups to represent Customer Care, Billing and Training. Established budget and goal requirements to meet established objectives.
