Daily Duties at Store Maxx:
Leader of organization and all employees/functions. Initiated and implemented drop ship program, strategically developed Omni channel marketing and launch of two successful private label programs. Responsible for P/Ls, expense finances. Spearheaded new programs in two key retailers, while adding three new brands corporately
