Daily Duties at Tidewater Pacific Adjusters, Llc:
• Administer daily operations and approve all claim processing. • Monitor work of staff and ensure compliance to quality standards in accordance with company policies and regulatory laws. • Ensure that all subcontracted work is also in compliance to the same company standards and laws as above. • Develop training programs focused on the improvement of all subordinates and adherence to company processes. • Participate in all employee performance reviews, assist in hiring and team-member selection, oversee all areas of team optimization, maintenance, and growth. • Conduct internal audits of staff to ensure benchmarks are reached and adherence to the highest degree of quality for the team.
