Maintained responsibility for implementing Kaizen programs. Established and maintained MAPICS MRP system for BOM, routers, yield rates, scheduling controls, cost estimates, capacity forecasting, and manpower planning. Led new program launches, changes to existing parts, and VA (Value Added) / VE (Value Engineering) / QVE (Quality Value Engineering) activities. CKR Representative for Nissan Manufacturing Improvement Group activities. Represented local facility at Nissan Headquarters in Japan for two new launches associated with cost improvement proposals.
