Evaluated loan applications for risks and various criteria, accuracy, consistency, and program criteria. Responsible for reviewing initial underwriting files and reviewing final conditions Analyzed borrower profiles, credit reports, title reports, income documentation and assets, including complex business returns and financials. Managed individual pipeline daily by completing new underwriting reviews, condition reviews and other underwriting tasks within established turn times. Communicated effectively and engage proactively with loan originators, processors, account executives and branch managers. Maintained a strong working relationship with the processors and brokers.
