Responsible for creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures for Operational /Compliance departments. Oversight of product quality auditing of inbound and outbound goods for customer quality standards, Consumer Product Safety Commission and Federal Product Packaging Safety compliance. Supervision and training of staff of 165 employees in customer procedures, customs compliance and OSHA/DOT site safety awareness. Implementing/monitoring of International Competitive Intelligence for products, packaging, and shipping practices
