As a senior member of the laboratory and professional research team, I was responsible for accomplishment of overall and day-to-day agenda in my section, supervisory of younger colleagues, managements and maintenance of laboratory equipment. I got trained in innovative laboratory procedures and cutting-edge human hematology laboratory skills.
