Direct all aspects of annual FAA security audits. Ensure quality deployments through scripted processes. Monitor systems, implement auto-correcting action profiles, and track enterprise resources for capacity planning. Provide top-tier escalation support for troubleshooting issues, resolution and root cause analysis. Negotiate vendor service contracts and service agreements relating to IT Services.
