Daily Duties at Comcast:

 Managed a diverse team of 40 HR Specialists and 4 Sr. Consultants and capitalized on their individual talents to ensure consistency and clarity of department communications, increase data accuracy and drive strong performance (KPI) metrics throughout two service centers.  Collaborated with senior executives on strategic and tactical best practices in workforce development and updated processes for meeting important compliance targets.  Providing guidance over legal matters related to disability, FMLA, harassment, discrimination, severance, EEOC regulation and industry standards.  Confidant and mentor to management team regarding employee performance action plans, interventions, investigations and sensitive terminations yielding widely positive outcomes with minimal business interruption.  Assessed training needs and developed standardized and customized programs to educate personnel on corporate standards and expectations. Observed team performance to determine program effectiveness.  Orchestrated a career development campaign during a time of rapid growth which promoted deserving employees and increased morale.  Implemented a systematic strategy via Net Promoter System (NPS), which improved efficiency, enhanced customer service within HR departments and experienced a 20 percent increase in satisfaction after 3 months.
