Daily Duties at Zillow Group:
Oversee day-to-day operations and strategic business plans for two customer experience centers with combined staff of more than 300 front-line, customer-facing professionals. Lead a highly collaborative and safe work environment, promoting open communications and representing the corporate vision, which persuades team members to take pride in their roles and advocate quality customer care. Coach and supervise two Department Managers and 16 Team Managers by integrating effective strategies to enhance job satisfaction and maximize productivity. Identified core deficiencies within the organizational structure and introduced a stabilizing action plan that slashed employee turnover 50%. Analyze statistical data, financial reports, industrial trends and employee feedback to determine root causes of personnel problems and recommend improvements of organization's HR policies and practices.
