 Oversee day-to-day operations and strategic business plans for two customer experience centers with combined staff of more than 300 front-line, customer-facing professionals.  Lead a highly collaborative and safe work environment, promoting open communications and representing the corporate vision, which persuades team members to take pride in their roles and advocate quality customer care.  Coach and supervise two Department Managers and 16 Team Managers by integrating effective strategies to enhance job satisfaction and maximize productivity.  Identified core deficiencies within the organizational structure and introduced a stabilizing action plan that slashed employee turnover 50%.  Analyze statistical data, financial reports, industrial trends and employee feedback to determine root causes of personnel problems and recommend improvements of organization's HR policies and practices.
