Daily Duties at United States Military Entrance Processing Command (Usmepcom):

• Provides technical administration and oversight on the overall daily processing flow, to ensure the process is efficient and effective. • Troubleshoots and evaluates all operation issues related to quality of service, procedural and regulatory compliance. • Gathers, compiles, and analyzes statistical data to identify trends, deficiencies, and accomplishments in order to determine the effectiveness. • Researches historical documentation, delivers presentations, prepares reports, and makes recommendations on initiatives to improve customer support and better utilize local resources. • Develops, administers, and evaluates the station’s Quality Review Program. Reviews and establishes changes in DoD, USMEPCOM, and Service policies, laws, and regulations that impact MEPS operations.
