Daily Duties at Visteon / G&C Industries:
Responsible for all aspects of planning, scheduling, general oversight and project management from concept through completion. Oversaw capability requirements, manufacturing process planning, launch and employee training and coordinated program direction with internal/external customers and strategic partners. Tasked with major redesign and launch of 4 product lines and ensured key program objectives were met through strategic roadmap planning and project management skills. Maintained and monitored budgets and direct labor efficiency and reported to key stakeholders. Provided management oversight for the planning, scheduling, machine delivery, maintenance installation and successful launch of the $4.5M production line
