Daily Duties at Human Performance Outfitters:
Readiness assessments for L&D teams to determine readiness and/or skill gaps critical to the adoption of Point-of-Work Solution Discipline. Point-of-Work Assessment (PWA) Workshops for internal L&D Strategist roles to build skills and capabilities to accomplish internal assessments. PWA Coaching is bundled with the workshops to guide new Strategists through the PWA process.
