Daily Duties at Carousel Industries:
• Completed customer requests as they pertained to Carousel Industries Customer Service Level Agreements. • Hands on technical experience with a variety of Avaya systems PBX (Definity), S8xxx series as well as various voicemail systems, including Intuity Audix, Modular Messaging and Communication Manger Messaging. • Responded to and cleared system alarms remotely from the Network Operations Center. • Performed customer call receipt and / troubleshooting of individual user issues and system wide predicaments.
