Daily Duties at Accenture:
• Perform customer call receipt and / troubleshooting of Avaya and Cisco phone systems, as well as all moves, adds and changes. • Triage all cases based on priority in telecommunications ticket queue. • Troubleshot and dispatched cabling vendors for all branch related issues, including; analog lines for cash advance terminals, security panels, fire alarm panels, and emergency phone lines. • Maintained excellent working relationships with vendors and service providers. • Designed and implemented call groups and agents stations and ID’s. • Experience with key Avaya systems PBX (Definity), S8xxx series as well as various voicemail systems –Intuity, Modular Messaging and Communication Manger Messaging. • Complete understanding of complex IP Telephony administration, which includes working within a client’s entire network topology. • Highest case closure rate among the entire telecommunications staff.
