Daily Duties at North Star Anesthesia:
Lead and develop a strong team of 8 HR, Benefits and HRIS professionals. Partner with divisional and functional leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support. Serve as the HR lead on Due Diligence/M&A and Contract Renewal Teams.
