Daily Duties at Verizon / Bell Atlantic / Nynex:
Manage Design and Create Automation systems and programs for all open systems servers with aim to keep all systems running 24 X 7. These systems will correct any problem found when possible. If Automation cannot correct the problem it will automatically generate a problem ticket and inform the appropriate organizations so repairs can be completed as soon as possible
