Daily Duties at Juniper Networks (Smt Electronics Internet Router):
• Worked independently as on-site liaison between contract manufacturer team and the Supplier Quality Engineering team at Juniper's design centers to resolve in process quality and customer quality issues at the contract manufacturer site. • Coordinated with the manufacturing team to manufacture products to meet customer specifications. • Reviewed and categorized all customer field quality issues (RMA) and worked with the contract manufacturer to write corrective action reports (CAR) for Juniper’s management team and customers to review. Also Verified (CAR) implementation.
