Daily Duties at Emerson:

Situation: • Designed and implemented manufacturing tools/fixtures using Pro Engineer. • Reviewed ECOs and worked with the Design Engineering team to design products for manufacturability. • Used Lean six sigma black belt principles and tools to improve manufacturing process efficiency, product cost and quality to meet customer needs by delivery products faster, higher quality, and lower costs. • Supported the Operation team daily by troubleshoot, resolved product quality issues daily, and fixed machine/equipment. • Project team facilitator or team member for new product releases/expansions project or global Operations projects. • Investigated and implemented new manufacturing technologies. • Lead and facilities Operations projects. • Engineering support local and global manufacturing product lines. • Worked on Safety and Ergonomics projects. • Interfaced with vendors to obtained quotes to purchase machine/tooling/materials and to service machine.
