Daily Duties at Xerox Global Learning Services:
I started in a major account client manager role handling a $14mm portfolio of 10-key client accounts with a team of 9-direct reports and dotted-line oversight of 12+ design and development resources. In the first downsizing, I moved into the Global Strategy Team to become a Workforce Performance Strategist focused on client performance assessments and building recommendations for blended solutions ranging from custom learning solutions to new technology integrations.
