Responsible for directing and leading Human Resources Projects portfolios within Latin America region and LNG sector. Managed all facets of projects, collaborating with project leads to identify scope and focus, develop and monitor project initiatives, articulate project requirements, and provide active guidance and support throughout its lifecycle.
