Daily Duties at Linens' N Things:

• Supervised 10+ store operations in Oregon, Utah, Washington, Idaho and Montana with sales in excess of 55m. • Lead and mange accountability to sales, payroll, inventory, budgets, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources. Consistently recognized for exceeding established target metrics. • Implemented and improved flow of communication among Store Managers through team/trust building, and establishing Subject Matter Expert mentorships resulting in improved store and portfolio performance. • Improved sales to trend performance by over 9% within first year of assuming responsibility of the Portland district. • Created and implemented actionable plans to increase average sales per customer and units per transaction within my district.
