Daily Duties at Bright Star Care:
Start-up, from office layout to implementing systems and procdeures. Oversaw entire operation. Hiring all initial medical staff and sales staff. Responsible for creating a referral network of skilled, assisted living and independent living facilities and create community marketing awareness.
