Supervised and directed resources during planning, estimating, design, installation, start-up, commissioning and turnover. • Installation and Startup/Commissioning of HVAC equipment including Chillers, Cooling Towers, Air Handlers, Rooftop Units, Pumps, VFDs and Boilers. • Lead or assist in Hub and Branch initiatives for ACE, Safety and Technical Services. • Provided Technical leadership and analysis of control and mechanical design, implementation and startup. • Prepared engineering and financial reports, monthly financial forecasting, manage and contain costs. • Obtained bids, RFQ administration, selecting reliable subcontractors to provide electrical and mechanical construction services to deliverables.
