Daily Duties at Paradigm Aerospace :
As Director of Business Development, promoted to transform the effectiveness of underperforming operations and secure new business, following the company’s emergence from bankruptcy. Led a series of process improvements that captured gains in quality and consistency across all operating areas, from workflows and work order packets to inspection procedures. Identified, developed, and closed business opportunities to motivate increased penetration into the helicopter completions and MRO sectors, including strengthening relationships with key vendors and customers.
