Daily Duties at Adecco:

·Managed all phases of full-cycle recruiting from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, placement and onboarding. Assisted clients with compensation, staffing needs, training and development, and HR related legal and regulatory compliance. ·Partnered with HR department and managed payroll for several accounts, assisted with unemployment claims, provided new hire and benefit orientation. ·Worked within sales, marketing, and recruiting departments of employment services through identifying new and potential clients, maintaining current clients, negotiating competitive rates and marketing qualified candidates to potential and current clients, and recruiting qualified candidates. Organized and developed weekly and monthly sales blitz, creatively sourced high-caliber candidates by leveraging recruiting software, cold calling, employee referrals, and job fairs. ·Developed and maintained exceptional relationships with clients and candidates through understanding their needs, maximizing levels of service, and providing innovative service solutions; provided excellent customer service; presented information of current Adecco news and promotions, and provided progress calls on associate placements.
