Daily Duties at Sanofi:
Tri-Cities/ Yakima, WA Territory Responsible for achieving volume and sales goals for products represented in diabetes, cardiovascular, urology, CNS, and allergy markets. ·Developed and maintained excellent relationships with specialty and primary care providers, nurses, educators and pharmacist utilizing a patient focused, consultative sales approach providing value at each interaction. Consistently overachieved call activity goals. ·Identified opportunities in key offices and successfully led marketing efforts in collaboration with Primary Care, Specialty, Medical Liaison, and Account Manager Teams throughout the region. ·Exceptional insight into managed care coverage for all products and acted as a leader in territory providing training on effective manage care pull through and resource utilization. ·Effectively utilized speakers in territory by identifying opportunities for value added medical education programs, planning details of program, and successfully developing audience attendance ·Successfully launched Lantus (biologic insulin) Solostar injection pen. Led the region in conversion from vial to pen and won Regional Lantus Solostar Conversion Contest. ·Successfully launched Afrezza meal-time inhaled insulin and led the region in new start contest. ·Member of specialized team which provided launch support for devices such as the Solostar pen, Auvi-Q epinephrine injection device, and iBG Star an Apple interfacing glucose meter. ·Mentored and trained sales professionals in CNS and Diabetes disease state, products, and manage care. ·Multi-Award Winner: 2008 and 2010 Regional Sales Champion, Ambien CR Fast Convert Contest, Afrezza Regional Launch Contest, Lantus Vial to Pen Conversion Contest, 2012-13 Top 15% Sales for Region, 2015 Top 10% Sales for Northwest Region ·Compliant with all FDA/PDMA sample guidelines, compliant with all required training and administrative duties
