Tri-Cities/ Yakima, WA Territory Incrementally increased NBRx market share and achieved market share goals for products represented in the Asthma/Pulmonology market. ·Collaborate effectively with Primary Care, Medical Liaison, Syneos, GSK, and Account Manager Teams throughout the region ·Knowledgeable of territory manage care plans and consultative with offices. Identify new physicians and opportunities in territory to expand business and growth, monitor territory of any changes and conditions that would impact business. ·Developed and maintained excellent relationships with specialty and primary care providers, nurses, educators and pharmacist utilizing a patient focused, consultative sales approach providing value at each interaction. Consistently overachieving call activity goals. ·Mentored and trained Syneos sales professionals ·Multi-Award Winner 2017-2018: Fire Starter Awards for Adapting to Change, Impact Within Your District, and Brand Advisor. Silver Award Winner for NBRx share increase with respiratory products for the region ·2018 chosen by District Manager to represent our team on Brand Advisory Board ·Compliant with all FDA/PDMA sample guidelines, compliant with all required training and administrative duties
