Daily Duties at Navitas Life Sciences:

Full responsibility for the management of all financial and administrative aspects of the Americas Headquarters of this international company. Managed financial analysis, audits, the general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, and fixed asset accounting, all in accordance with GAAP standards. Produced reports as needed including Accounts Receivable aging, open invoices, sales analysis, and revenue recognition. Served as the Human Resources representative for the location. Established policies and procedures, revised the employee handbook, processed payroll, and dealt with disciplinary issues. Coordinated and supervised all office employees and functions. Managed all staff development and training, as well as team building. Organized company meetings and conferences. Assisted and advised the Director on the management of the USA consultants.
