Daily Duties at The A.H. Schreiber Company:

·         Work with staff through problem-solving and personal issues ·         Merchandise/ work with sales/design; bringing ideas and concepts I know work/sell-through. ·         Work with various plants to cost out all goods/negotiate costs. ·         Give/approve prices to sales people, including accounts I will sell. ·         Work closely with both fabric Mills and sewing plans ; I have all the contact information for all plants. ·         Sales to various key accounts- to be determined. ·         Sitting in with key accounts with sales team, wanting to hear what the accounts have to say and thinking towards new ideas for growth with them/others; head issues off proactively. ·         Working with licensors to gain key licenses and work with my team to ensure licensors are kept satisfied as per their agreement/stipulations. ·         Using my contacts in the swimwear marketplace to search for new and profitable businesses we can enter in swimwear as I did during the years at the Schreiber Company.. ·         Set up and organize by account by year etc. all cost sheets templates ·         Monitor all financials, working with the CFO, controller et al and keep sales and margins to expectation/goals for the division / keeping a running tab throughout the year. ·         Sit in fittings-especially pre-production and production ·         Overseer of the division and problem-solving when it arrives with regard to this new entity. ·         General go-between between myself and New Owner or whomever he/she designates... ·         Work with production if / when issues arise with appropriate production team.on a regular basis. ·         Build a Time/Action calendar and get buy-in' from key members of my team ·         Work with pre-production reports to keep track of merchandising schedule, ensuring we are on time
