Daily Duties at Its Logisitics:

Led the Fleet Safety department, responsible for implementing policies, procedures and initiatives to ensure a safe working environment for over 300 professional drivers and office staff. Accountable for ensuring departmental policies were in compliance with OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, and other state, local, and industry specific regulations where periodic safety audits are conducted. Developed systemic processes to collect data and analyze accident causes in order to generate required reports.
