Daily Duties at Norton Lilly International:
As the Regional Ops Manager for S5 - I was in charge of the day-to-day operational oversight of all offices and business within our region, including South, Central and North America and the Caribbean. I was the dedicated superuser for the global operating system for our region and responsible for the delivery of customer satisfaction by the local offices. Responsible for the training of the teams and for the review of the staff related to the S5 business. I was also the assigned CLIENT MANAGER for specific "global" clients
