I started with Norton Lilly in 1986 and have been with the same company for 32+ years. In my last position as General Manager Operations, my responsibilities were to oversee and day-to-day operations within the company related to the delivery of Ship Service division, Responsible for training of staff for operational knowledge as well as operating system. Reviewing KPI for local budgets to insure same being met. Visit and reveiw staff and local managers as needed. Interveen when issues arose: identify root cause and insure matter corrected and that appropriate measures taken to prevent same form occurring again and to cascade this new info to all offices and teams.
