Managed and trained a diverse team of more than 100 fundraisers to successfully achieve results for clients in low, medium and high-dollar campaigns for charities including Amnesty International, EMILY's List, and GLAAD. Worked with clients to develop their content into persuasive pitches through monitoring, adjustment and copy-writing.
