Worked on several projects at DBS that improved both internal and external customer satisfaction and streamlined processes, working inter-regionally. Further, performed important and effective research on the Financial Crisis as it was breaking out, served as regional CSR ambassador and innovated banking products for Social Entrepreneurs. Summary: • Spearheaded CSR programs at DBS Bank, Singapore • Developed “Can do!” internal messaging and CSR brand across South, Southeast and East Asia Regions • Public speaking before 4000 colleagues • Linked and measured the correlation between internal satisfaction among employees on the 200-person calling floor of the Contact Center and bank customers calling into the Contact Center • Worked with Contact Center Staff and Technology and Operations leaders to develop an engagement plan for staff • Lifted both Contact Center and Customer Satisfaction as measured by conducted surveys
