Daily Duties at Computershare Ltd.:
Lead Communications Manager for Computershare’s Loan Service, directly responsible for internal communications strategy and content management across North America. Management of two intranet sites, ensuring the planning, writing and publications of articles are delivered. Designated writer as the ‘Voice’ of Global Loan Services CEO for both written publications and town-hall sessions. Delivered communication content and strategy in cooperation with the Computershare Hong Kong office in both English and Mandarin languages. Coordination of change management efforts focused on multi-site move for the organisation. Summary: • Writing speech content and creating presentation materials • Marketing production across range of media including print, video and social media • Managed international communications team across remote sites • Planning, coordination & execution of regular international webinars • Analysis of webinar, post recording and attendance analytics
