Daily Duties at Trinsic Inc.:
Responsible for all legal matters including management of the Legal Department, Investor Relations, Facilities, Human Resources and Internal Audit. Trinsic provided integrated telecommunications services (both traditional and IP Telephony) to residential and business customers throughout the United States. During this time, I also served as Counsel in the Corporate and Securities Group at SCHIFF HARDIN, a 350 member law firm based in Chicago, Illinois.
