Daily Duties at Cae Usa:

o Assists in front-end analysis through interaction with subject matter experts (SMEs) and/or customer representatives while ensuring compliance with required standards, policies, and procedures. o Conducts research and analysis and compiles recommendation reports. o Works with assigned experts to develop ISD products through a process that includes review and research of government furnished materials (GFMs). * Interviews SMEs, locates and extracts information from GFMs, syllabus, course structure, and other ISD documents as required to ensure training meets ISD and technical requirements. o Revises ISD documents and training materials based on reviews by management, quality assurance, and the customer’s needs. o Meets standards for cost, schedule, and quality. o Develops training materials in a variety of media. Follows established guidelines to design and develop training materials for delivery in a classroom setting, using computer-based training, video, and instructors in conjunction with actual or simulated equipment and systems. o Develops lesson specification reports (LSRs), storyboards, instructor guides (IGs), student guides (SGs), and other training materials, using computerized database, word processing and computer-based training development tools. o Uses established standards for format and style, procedures for design and development of courseware documents, and training materials. o Collaborates with SMEs, graphic artists, and others as directed to design and develop computer-aided instruction (CAI) and mediated interactive lecture lessons. o Exercises good judgment in interpreting instructions and assumes responsibility for accuracy and completeness of work produced. o Works independently or with other team members and customers to validate training materials.
