Daily Duties at Gbh Communications:
Provided pre-sales engineering support for as many as 15 sales representatives in the Eastern region including site surveys, needs analysis, and detailed design diagrams. Provided engineering support for video, control, and audio/video bridging projects valued up to $2.5 Million. Managed complex installations involving product research, answering bid specifications, working in a team environment to develop statements of work, bill of materials, design of video, lighting, sound, and control, and conducting individual and group presentations to clients for multi-million dollar contracts. Installed, configured, and trained customers on video/audio systems including endpoints and bridges, control and management suites, control automation solutions, and IP phone systems.
