Daily Duties at Efi:
Leveraged extensive Management Experience to direct all facets of service operations, including Call Center Startup, Service Business Administration, creation of Organizational Structure and management of Client Relationships for a $400M capital equipment print imaging system customer base spanning throughout the Americas and Asian Pacific regions. Reported to VP of Service and Support.
