Daily Duties at Efi:

In reporting to VP the of Mfg. Ops/Service, I developed the change engine to enable LEAN service delivery. Leveraged Six Sigma Tools to drive continuous improvement, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. Integrated daily GEMBA / Kaizen / Black Belt projects and corrective action management with engineering and manufacturing.
