Daily Duties at Efi:
In reporting to the Vice President of Customer Advocacy, I provided consistent senior-level leadership experience and strategic direction with full accountability over business P&L performance corresponding to enterprise-wide service operations on a global scale. I led organization transformation for the 200-person service operations workforce supporting capital print systems. Managed a $30M global service budget. 2nd in command for global service.
